Gymnastics (Splits)
I AM SO SORE FROM SPLITS. Gymnastics was a lot of fun, but holy am I sore. It was so much fun, and i had felt like i was really in my element when im there. I really wish i had continued with gymnastics because i always have so much fun doing it, but oh well. Anyway, quick blog yea :)

Haven't posted anything for a while. Super fit has been really good so far. I enjoy the fitness we've been doing including the more athletic and sport related Insanity. The field trips we've gone on have been a lot of fun. Some of them were extremely tiring like cross fit, and I was so sore after all of it. I'm just glad i knew that i had really been working hard enough to feel THAT sore. This past weekend I had played in my in-house tournament for softball, and won 1st! I feel that softball is a good way to get a work out in, because you're always moving. We always accomplish a good score and in tournaments we do really well because of our hard work and determination! Right now I'm in the courtyard blogging with Sydney, Emily and Megan. I can't believe its already the end of the year. In a few months and i'll be in grade 12. Crazy how fast days are going by now.

Progress Report
So far in this semester i believe that i've been doing very well and have been working hard. I think i deserve a G because i've been working diligently and have been getting along with all my classmates. I have been enjoying super fit very much.

Today we played street hockey instead of working out in the weight room. We all worked very hard and had plenty of fun :) Emily, Sydney, Megan and I decided it would be easier for us to play. Its also very nice out.

I just remembered that i was pretty sore from broom ball and the run on friday which kinda sucked but oh well at least im working out...

yesterday, by the way, we worked with the exercise balls and I felt like it really worked my core because it hurts like a....well it just hurts a lot.

Today we worked with medicine balls :) YAY! its was extremely tiring and im sure i'll be feeling some muscle pain tomorrow, but oh well!
